CHARLTON have awarded promising first year scholars Josh Wright and Harry Arter two-year professional contracts with Grant Basey and Aswad Thomas set to follow.

But the Addicks have released Donovan Simmonds, Dane Springer, Mads Nielsen, Jonathan Kurrant and Nicky Baxter.
