Gillingham v Chesterfield
RONNIE JEPSON had particular praise for two of his players ahead of this Saturday's clash against Chesterfield at Priestfield.
Goalkeeper Kelvin Jack and Ben Chorley have both made a big impact with the manager.
Jack returned to the team for the first time since August 12 against Carlisle and his return coincided with the club’s first clean sheet of the season.
Chorley made his Gills debut after signing on a three-month loan deal from MK Dons.
Jepson said: "Ben is getting his feet under the table now and is getting to know the boys. Kelvin is a big presence and takes some getting past."
The Gills go into Saturday's game on the back of a 2-0 win over Carlisle and a 2-2 draw at Brentford.
The Gills boss singled out consistency as the key to the club’s prospects. He said: "Consistency is massive throughout the season but the big thing is to win our home games and pick stuff up on our travels.
