Ryman League and Kent League details

Dover kept their 17-point lead at the top of the Ryman League, Premier Division with a 3-0 win over Kent rivals Maidstone on Saturday.

Frannie Collin struck twice and Shaun Welford got the other as the Whites won their 20th league game in front of a crowd of 2,545.

Manager Andy Hessenthaler said afterwards that Dover side's winning mentality is the reason why they have not drawn a match yet this season.

He said: "We always believe we can win games. Draws are no good to anyone, so to lose a game and then win six on the bounce is so much better. But I must say, I can’t believe we've not drawn a game yet."

"Maidstone worked hard against us and made it difficult but I was pleased that we got the goals and another three points.”
