Tonbridge are up to third in the table after winning 3-1 at Hendon on Saturday.
Carl Rook set the Angels on their way after just five minutes when he lobbed the onrushing keeper Richard Wilmot.
It was 2-0 on 67 minutes when Jamie Cade headed in Ade Olorunda's cross and Cade made it 3-0 spectacularly four minutes later after a fine move involving Rook and Ade Olorunda.
Hendon managed a consolation in the last minute.
Dover had to come from behind against Heybridge Swifts after going in at the break 1-0 down and having lost top scorer Frannie Collin to injury.
But come from behind they did as Alan Pouton's long range effort restored parity and then Jerahl Hughes restored normality to seal the Whites' 11th straight victory and keep them nine points ahead at the top of the league.
Goals from Danny Dafter and Rob Howarth weren't enough for Dartford who slipped to a 3-2 defeat to Sutton United at Princes Park.
The three points saw Sutton leapfrog the Darts in the table, leaving Tony Burman's side in 17th on Saturday night.
That's one place above Margate, who also went down 3-2 at home to Harrow Borough.
Mo Takaloo's hooked shot put Gate ahead on eight minutes - but the visitors were level in the 28th minute when the impressive youngster Robin Shroot squared for Kurt Mortese to score.
Mortese got his and Harrow's second on 62 minutes after latching onto a long ball and turning Luke Wheatley all too easily, but the home side were back on terms within two minutes when Kenny Pratt capitalised on a howler by keeper Andray Baptiste.
The winner came in the 68th minute when Les Hall's weak free-kick rebounded back to him off the wall and his clip in at the second attempt eventually fell to Shroot who poked home.
The luck wasn't with Margate - who would have grabbed a point had another Takaloo effort not cannoned back off the upright five minutes from time.
Near-neighbours Ramsgate slipped to 20th place in the division despite picking up a point at Harlow.
James Bunn gave the home side a first half lead but Andy Hadden's shot on the turn in the 65th minute earned Jim Ward's men a deserved draw - although they have now gone 11 games without a league win.
Maidstone missed the chance to climb the table as they suffered a disappointing 3-2 reverse at Wealdstone.
The home side took the lead after just 25 seconds through Marvin Sordell after the Stones defence had been split open - and it was a similar story in the opening minute of the second half as Graeme Montgomery doubled Wealdstone's advantage.
James Pinnock pulled one back just before the hour mark with an effort from the edge of the area, but Ian Selley's misplaced pass allowed Davis Haule to restore Wealdstone's two-goal cushion eight minutes later.
Meshach Nugent's looping header from Roland Edge's centre made it 3-2 in the final minute but it was too little, too late for United.
Division 1 South
No doubt what the result of the day was in this division as Cray Wanderers ran riot at Corinthian-Casuals.
Scott Kinch was the hero of the day as he bagged an incredible five goals to help the visitors to a magnificent 8-1 win. Leigh Bremner, Mark Willy and Tony Dolby were the other scorers.
They didn't get the three points, but a draw at league leaders Kingstonian was a good day's work for troubled Folkestone.
Invicta took the lead on the stroke of half-time when Josh Burchell's cross found James Dryden, whose shot deflected in off defender Nick Russell.
But the leveller came seven minutes into the second half when Dean Lodge raced onto a through ball to score.
Folkestone were indebted to Frankie Chappell for holding onto the point after the defender made a superb goalline clearance with the match at 1-1.
Ashford also took a point from their trip to Worthing after a goalless draw but had keeper Jamie Riley to thank for a first half penalty save.
Sittingbourne let a lead slip as they went down 2-1 at home to Metropolitan Police.
Richard Brady had already seen his penalty saved by visiting keeper Will Packham by the time the Met's Dave Newman headed powerfully into his own net on 29 minutes to give the Brickies the lead.
But the visitors were level within two minutes when defender Jack Harrison and keeper Matt Reed were involved in a terrible mix-up which allowed Steve Sutherland to nip in and score.
The winner came a minute into the second period when a cross into the Sittingbourne box evaded everyone and Steve Goddard turned the ball in.
A Rob Wilkinson strike just after half-time was enough for Walton & Hersham to send Whitstable back to Kent with nothing.
The Oystermen huffed and puffed in the remaining minutes to find an equaliser but Jake Gess and Iain Pulman were both denied by keeper Jay Gindre in the closing stages.
Division 1 North
Pedro Knight's 20th-minute goal looked to have earned Thamesmead all three points at Tilbury until the home side snatched an equaliser in the last couple of minutes.
The visitors really should have been more than the one goal up by the time though with Ricky Cable and Richard Dimmock, twice, guilty of squandering presentable opportunities.
It was more bad news for Chatham as they suffered their fifth defeat in their last six games - this time a 2-0 reverse at Redbridge.
To rub salt into the wounds, the visitors had Darren Smith dismissed in the second half after picking up two yellow cards.
