MARGATE midfielder Jay Saunders has signed a new contract with the seasiders.

The former Gillingham and Gravesend & Northfleet player was did not miss a game for the Hartsdown park side last season and contributed several impressive goals from the midfield.

Manager Chris Kinnear said: “I am delighted that Jay has re-signed for Margate. I hope to have news about the future of several more players in the near future.”
