BUDDING stars Joseph Momoh and Akwasi Udusei have accepted three-year scholarships after impressing in the Gillingham under-15s side. The pair committed themselves to Gillingham after impressing officials with a string of impressive performances.

Darren Hare, head of youth, said: "They are both very good lads who show bags of promise. They train hard, have the right attitude and they can both play good football.

"We think they both have a bright future in the game and that's why we are offering them these scholarships early."
