Tom Parsons claimed 7-9 as Whitstable were routed for only 35 to lose by five wickets at Sevenoaks Vine in the Shepherd Neame Kent League, Premier Division bottom-two contest.
The visitors won the toss and batted first but struggled against the former Kent and Middlesex seamer, being dismissed inside 14 overs.
Vine didn’t find reaching their target any easier, eventually getting home on 38-5.

He and Lyndon Lockhart (104) added 188 for the third wicket as the Medway side totalled 318-8.

Daniel Bell-Drummond hit 97 in a total of 241-8 then Callum Haggett took 5-7 in 10 overs, including eight maidens, as Park made only 106, having been 54-1 at one stage.
An undefeated seven-wicket stand of 126 between Nick Bluett and Miguel Barbosa carried Bromley to a
four-wicket win at home to Beckenham.
That looked unlikely after slumping to 35-6 but Bluett (65 not out) and Barbosa (42 not out) completed the rescue act, as Bromley reached 161-8.
Chris Isles top scored with 59 in Beckenham’s total of 159.
