Sidibe earns starting place

UP FRONT: Mamady Sidibe
UP FRONT: Mamady Sidibe

Rotherham v Gillingham

GILLINGHAM boss Stan Ternent has made four changes to the side that beat Championship leaders Wigan last week for Saturday's trip to bottom side Rotherham.

Mamady Sidibe, who was so impressive as a substitute last weekend, will start up front alongside Darius Henderson.

Former Rotherham striker Darren Byfield has failed to recover from a stomach injury and Matt Jarvis drops to the bench.

Chris Hope comes into the back four in place of Ian Cox, who picked up a hamstring strain against Wigan.

Richard Rose and Alan Pouton replace the suspended duo of John Hills and Nyron Nosworthy.

The Gills can move out of the relegation zone if they win and Coventry fail to beat Watford.

Gillingham: Banks, Southall, Hope, Ashby, Rose, Pouton, Smith, Flynn, Crofts, Sidibe, Henderson.
