Middlesex Crusaders v Kent Spitfires
Kent skipper Rob Key could name an unchanged team for the eighth straight Twenty20 Cup tie this evening when Spitfires travel to Uxbridge to take on Middlesex in a top-of-the-table battle.
Hampshire's defeat of Surrey on Monday night leaves a three-way tie in terms of points at the top of the Southern Division, but Kent have a slight edge on run rate.
They can open up a two point lead should they complete a qualifying double over the Crusaders this evening.
Kent landed a comfortable win over Middlesex last Friday in a game at Beckenham reduced to eight overs a side, but the hosts will tonight hope to welcome back interantionals Andrew Strauss and Tyron Henderson.
The action starts at 5.30pm and tickets will be available on the gate.
