WELLING manager Adrian Pennock is waiting on the fitness of striker Che Stadhart ahead of Saturday's home match with Weymouth.

Stadhart is struggling with a leg injury and missed the 1-0 defeat at Farnborough on Tuesday.

Conference South leaders Weymouth visit the Wings looking to complete the double over Pennock's side after a 2-1 win in November.

However, Pennock is relishing the opportunity to re-ignite their play-off ambitions.

"We are going to have a real go at them," said Pennock. "There should be a big crowd, a good atmosphere and I know our fans will get behind our team vocally from the start.

"We were all disappointed to concede a late goal at Farnborough but the Weymouth game is a great opportunity to get back to winning ways."
