CARETAKER managers Mick Docherty and Iffy Onuora admitted they have no idea how much longer they will be needed.

Saturday's match against Leeds was the third they had taken charge of since Ronnie Jepson's departure, and they are now waiting for chairman Paul Scally to make a decision.

Docherty said: "It's a difficult situation because you would like to get things resolved one way or another."

Mr Scally is understood to have completed the interview process and a new manager could be in before Tuesday's match against Leyton Orient.

Onuora said: "If someone tells us something different then we'll do another job. We do our job to the best of our abilities and we're not afraid to make tough decisions."
