GILLINGHAM striker Simeon Jackson has failed to get off the mark since arriving at the club, but boss Mark Stimson is confident the goals will come.
Stimson joined the Gills from Rushden on transfer deadline for £150,000 and it was hoped his goals his goals would fire the Gills to safety.
Stimson said: “In the shooting sessions Simeon has done, he’s looked like our best natural finisher at the club.
"You get some strikers who are good on one side and can improve on the other. But with Jacko he’s good on both sides and hits the target regularly.
“He has already scored 18 goals this year for another club so I’m sure once he gets one, he’ll get a few more. His time will come.”
