Gillingham have signed Coventry City striker Donovan Simmonds on loan until the end of the season.
The 19-year-old, who moved to the Sky Blues after leaving Charlton Athletic's academy in the summer, joins the Gills after impressing manager Mark Stimson during training this week.
Simmonds is yet to make a Championship debut for Coventry, although he was on the bench for the 2-1 win over Ipswich on December 29, but he has seven goals in 11 reserve appearances.
The striker, who joins Gills until May 3, will miss Gillingham's League 1 clash with Carlisle on Saturday as he is serving a three match ban after being sent off in a reserve game on March 1.
