Taylor: Albion task not unlike one at Gills

FORMER Gillingham manager Peter Taylor has likened his new job at Brighton & Hove Albion to the one he had when he took over at Priestfield in 1999. He said: "I expect us to get a play-off spot if not automatic promotion. That's already the aim. They're a bit like Gillingham, a confident group. I'm not looking to change too much on the playing side.

"I want to get back into the habit of winning - that's what I had at Gillingham the last time I was in Division Two. That was a very happy year and if we can do anything like that I will be delighted."
