THE Gillingham-based Invicta Dynamos ice hockey team will be looking to record their first win in the Premier Cup competition when they travel to Romford on Sunday.
The Raiders only lost once in December, but the Mos are under no pressure and are looking forward to the game.
The team manager Ken Drake said: "Playing against sides who play a league higher is great experience and can only help our youngsters improve as players."
In a tight encounter in the Premier Cup last Sunday Mos lost 3-1 at home to Chelmsford Chieftains. They came up against former player-manager Andy Hannah and last season's defenceman of the year Jake French.
Drake said: "Chelmsford brought all their imports, but we played very well and showed that local Medway talent can hold their own against the better sides, which was great to see.
"We had a rocky start when they scored twice in the opening five minutes, but once we settled into the game we competed well and Phil Chard, assisted by Peter Korff and Matt Drake got our goal."
