Striker Svetoslav Todorov has committed himself to Charlton for another season after signing a new one-year deal.
Todorov’s season came to a premature end in October after suffering a knee injury during the game against Plymouth at The Valley.
The 29-year-old Bulgarian has worked hard to regain his fitness and his determination has been rewarded by the Addicks boss Alan Pardew.
The Charlton boss said: “We brought Toddy in to be a big factor for us last season but his injury robbed him and us of that opportunity.
“His decision to regain fitness, especially after three cruciate injuries, is to his huge credit and fingers crossed we get more out of him this year because we know he is good enough.”
