Welling's Blue Square South trip to Basingstoke on Tuesday night was postponed an hour before kick-off.
The Wings had arrived at the ground when the match referee took the decision to call the game off. Heavy rain around 5.30pm left the ground unplayable.
The Wings are next in action at home to Havant this Saturday.
