ANTHONY WHITEMAN, from Bearsted, near Maidstone, dipped under the 3000m qualifying time of 7:53.50 for the IAAF World Indoor Championships by clocking 7:51.43 for 11th place at the adidas Boston Indoor Games in the USA on Saturday (Graham Jones writes).
