STAN TERNENT makes four changes as Gills face Championship leaders Wigan in his first game in charge.

In comes Paul Gallacher, on loan from Norwich, Nicky Southall, Alan Pouton and Richard Rose for Bertrand Bossu, Matt Jarvis, Danny Spiller and Andrew Crofts.
