WELLING manager Adrian Pennock has singled out Matt Bodkin for praise.

The winger is producing his best form for the Wings and Pennock said: "Matt Bodkin is playing ever so well and I’m really pleased with him. It’s more of a mental thing for him.

"He has been at Nottingham Forest and Gillingham but I don’t think he has really been coached properly.

"We’re trying to get him to play to his strengths and his pace is really getting at defenders."
