Whyteleafe v Welling
Welling assistant manager Jimmy Dack has vowed to ring the changes ahead of Wednesday night's FA Cup second qualifying round replay.
The Wings were held 1-1 at home by a Whyteleafe side who play two divisions below them.
After extending their winless run to seven games, Dack vowed: "There will be some changes.
"We've got to find the right ingredients. There are too many players who have one good game and then two or three bad ones - we need the consistency.
"We don't want to chop and change but we're not getting back to back performances."
Dack felt the Wings should have gone on and won the tie first time around at the weekend and insisted that Welling's mind will be on this tie, rather than the prospect of a trip to Hampton & Richmond should they progress.
"We started well and scored the goal but then lost our way," said Dack.
"We took our foot off the pedal and Whyteleafe raised their game and grew in confidence.
"I'm only looking at this game, after that we're back to the league, and then if we go through we can worry about who we are playing then.
"The important thing is that we win against Whyteleafe."
