Kent MPs call for tougher sentences for child cruelty cases
Prominent Kent MPs call for tougher sentences for cases of child cruelty. It comes after the parents of a Tonbridge baby, who died, were sentenced for 8 years each in prison yesterday. Tonbridge and Malling MP, Tom Tugendhat, has been heavily involved in a petition for tougher sentences for these types of cases after another couple from Kent injured their son Tony so badly, he had to have his legs amputated. We were joined by the MP to talk a bit more about it.
