More children in Kent are developing scarlet fever.Doctors across the country are seeing the highest levels of the life-threatening disease in almost 60 years.Latest data shows more than 26,000 people have been struck down by the illness this year, that's already more than the whole of 2016.Public Health England figures also showed a rise in measles, with cases twice as high as last year.We were joined by Strood GP Dr Julian Spinks in our studio.
