New memorial marks 100th anniversary of RAF pilot's Victoria cross

One of the country's most decorated World War 1 RAF pilots was remembered today with a new memorial in his home town of Gillingham.Pilot James McCudden was awarded a Victoria Cross 100 years ago for bravery.This morning, a plaque was unveiled to mark the centenary of the awarding.
