Street drinking, rough sleeping and excessive noise. These are just some of the issues that need tackling in Tonbridge. That is according to the council which has been handing out Community Protection Warnings amid fears the area has an anti-social behaviour problem.They hope it will help the town become more attractive to visitors as well as cutting down on homeless figures.
