Catering Authority Body seeks to stop Kent restaurants receiving zero-star hygiene ratings

A Kent chef wants to set up a licensing scheme to stop restaurants in the county from receiving zero-star food hygiene ratings.Matthew Palmer from the Catering Authority Body has voiced his alarm at kitchen standards at some restaurants and believes the plans will cut down on the number of cases of food poisoning and joined us in the studio.
