MidKent College is hoping to encourage more young women to take up a job in construction.Nationally, just 14% of construction industry professionals are female, with just 1% actually working at construction sites.Jane Burtenshaw of MidKent College joined us to talk more about how and why the college is encouraging more girls to choose this field of work.
