Figures from the Trussel Trust shows that in the past year 1.3 million emergency food supplies were delivered to people across the UK. This is a 13 per cent increase on the year before and means that the number of food bank deliveries are at all all time high.We asked shoppers in Maidstone whether they were surprised at these new figures.
