A teenager killed on a railway line in Herne Bay had made a frantic phone call to a friend just minutes earlier saying she didn't know where she was.The inquest into the death of 16-year-old Taiyah Peebles was held today after she died almost a year ago on the 25th of July 2017.Her mum Hayley is now appealing for more safety measures at platforms.
