A Kent MP says lives are being put at risk on two busy roads in Tonbridge. Tom Tugendhat has joined campaigners in calling for the speed limit to be brought down to 20 mph on the A20 and A26. Many say that if nothing is done, it will cost lives. Phil Wellbrook has been finding out more.
