The M20 is undergoing a multi-million pounds transformation. The highway is being upgraded to change it into a 'smart' motorway. However, drivers now face a 50 mph speed limit for two years which is expected to cause delays for those travelling. Also, residents have been complaining about large levels of noise pollution caused by the highway.
