A woman had to be freed from her car by firefighters after a crash in Aylesford this morning.

The accident involving a car and a van happened at 8.49am between Hermitage Lane and Coldharbour.

Fire crews used hydraulic cutting equipment to free the woman.

The scene was cleared by 9.30am.
