Thinking of moving house? How about Hunton Court?
The three-storey Grade ll listed country house off West Street in Hunton is on the market for the first time in over a decade and will only set you back a cool £12.5m - that's around 494 times the average annual salary of people in Maidstone.
Still your money will buy you eight bedrooms and five reception rooms, plus two gate lodges and a stable cottage - and there is the small matter of the 171 acres of land around the house that includes a walled garden, lake, tennis courts and a swimming pool.
That's enough land to hold the battle of Waterloo, as has been proved on more than one occasion when Hunton Court played host to the annual gathering of the Battle of The Nations re-enactors.
Beyond that, you will also be buying a piece of history. The building dates from the 13th century and three traditional crown posts can still be found in the attic beans today. The current home's Georgian-style facade was actually created in the Victorian era.
It was once the home of Sir Henry Campbell-Bannerman, who served as British Prime Minister for the Liberal Party from 1905 to 1908.
Hunton Court was successively occupied by descendants of the Bannerman family before moving into the ownership of the current vendors in 2008.
When it was last on the market in 2008, the asking price was £5.5m.
