A crash on the M20 and another on Blue Bell Hill this morning kept fire crews from Maidstone busy

Two lorries and a car were involved in an accident on the M20 London bound carriageway this morning.
The incident happened between junctions 8 and 9 at 6.39am and fire crews were called to put out the car, which was alight.
No-one was injured, and the scene was cleared within an hour.
Earlier this morning, at just before 1am, a car was in collision with a tree on Blue Bell Hill. Three fire crews were called to the scene and one man was freed from the vehicle using hydraulic cutting equipment.
