Air ambulance called to crash involving motorbike and car in Sutton Road, Maidstone

A man was flown to a London hospital following a crash involving a motorbike and a car.

The accident happened on the A274 Sutton Road in Maidstone, close to the junction with Willington Street, at around 5.25pm yesterday (October 3).

Police officers and paramedics were called to the scene alongside the air ambulance.

Crews assessed and treated one person at the scene.

The man, in his 20s, was then flown to a Kings College Hospital, in London, for further medical treatment.
