Maidstone: Halloween bus driver Roy King thrills passengers with costume

A bus driver has added a spooky touch to his route today by dressing up for Halloween.

Roy King has painted his face and nails as part of his costume, which also includes a suit and hat.

He was seen doffing his hat to fellow bus drivers as he made his way up Maidstone High Street on his Arriva bus.

This bus driver has dressed up for Halloween.

The sugar skull look is inspired by the Mexican festival Dia de Muertos, which will be celebrated on Thursday.

The look has become increasingly popular in recent years as Halloween make-up, but the festival in fact a separate celebration, focussed on gatherings of family and friends to pray for and remember those they've lost.
