A car ploughed into a wall outside a pub.

Drivers on A274 North Street in Sutton Valence were having to contend with a road closure in both directions.

The incident, which happened outside The Kings Head pub just after 6am, caused delays throughout the village.

Police attended while the vehicle was recovered.

Traffic returned to normal at around 9.30am.

Fortunately, no-one was injured.
