A car has crashed into two homes for the second time in six months.
Two front garden walls were destroyed following a two-car collision in Lower Boxley Road, Maidstone.
It happened at around 8pm last Tuesday, just months after a suspected drink driver ploughed their Range Rover into the houses.
This time it's believed a car was hit from behind by a van, knocking it onto the pavement and through the garden wall.
Landlord Nicola Pollak has owned the property for five years, having lived there for two years herself, and agreed she may be Kent's unluckiest landlord.
The 43-year-old, who is an airline trainer, revealed £10,000 worth of damage was done after the first crash saw bricks and rubble shoot through the downstairs window and a large crack appear on the wall.
This time the bill is looking a lot smaller at around £1,000.
"I had a call from my tenants who just said 'It's happened again'," she revealed.
"They told me a car had gone through the wall for a second time in six months and police were at the scene.
"I said 'seriously?' and just had to laugh about it."
Anthony Latta, who lives at one of the homes which has been struck twice, has called for some barriers to be put in place before someone is seriously hurt.
He said: "The car came out from the junction which runs parallel to our house and hit the back of him. He lost control and hit the wall.
"I just had to laugh about it..."
"We need some barriers or something because we're going to end up getting hit one day."
Ms Pollak has contacted Kent County Council, her local councillor and Maidstone and The Weald MP Helen Grant and called for some better safety measures.
Helen Grant contacted her on Wednesday explaining she had raised the issue with KCC as a "matter of urgency".
She would like to see a risen roundabout or some barriers outside the homes.
"It's lucky the crashes weren't during the day time otherwise someone could have been hurt," Ms Pollak added.
After the first crash back in August her property's front door and wall was destroyed after a £15,000 Range Rover ploughed into it.
Tenant Mr Latta and his partner were woken up by a loud bang at around 1am with their front windows smashed in and brick inside their home.
A second home, closer to the mini-roundabout, was also damaged. This time it is the house on his other side which has also been damaged.
Police said there were "no reported injuries" and no arrests have been made following the most recent incident.
