CCTV image of man released after serious assault in Week Street, Maidstone

A CCTV image of a man has been released as part of investigations into a serious assault that left a victim with a broken nose.

The attack was said to have taken place around 4.20am on Sunday, February 11 in Week Street, Maidstone.

It is alleged a man punched his victim to floor, causing the broken nose and bruising to his face.

Police were called but the suspect had left before they arrived.

Following a review of CCTV, investigators have now released an image of a man who they think could help them with their inquiries.

Anyone who recognises the man, or who may have been in area at the time, should call the West Kent appeal line on 01622 604100, quoting reference 46/23976/24.
