CCTV image released after Texaco petrol station worker in Headcorn racially abused

A CCTV image has been released as part of an investigation into the alleged racial abuse of a worker at a petrol station.
A man is alleged to have began using offensive language at the Texaco garage in Station Road, Headcorn, after being asked to remove suspected stolen items from his pockets, police said.
It is reported he became aggressive and used racist language towards a member of staff before exiting.
Police have now released a CCTV still from the encounter on April 17.
The incident happened at about 5.30pm.
Investigating officer, PC Katie Blowers, said: "We have been completing enquiries into this incident and are now in a position to release an image of a person we wish to speak to.
"Anybody who recognises the man is urged to contact our appeal line."
