An accident involving three cars partially blocked the Blue Bell Hill entry slip road on the A229 northbound this morning.

There were delays with traffic queuing in the Medway-bound carriageway. Other routes remained clear.

Elsewhere there was congestion on the M20 London bound following an accident involving two cars between junctions 4 (Leybourne) and 3 (Borough Green).

Two lanes were closed while the carriageway was made safe and one man has been taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
