Two lanes were blocked on a busy slip road after a crash involving a lorry and a car.

The accident happened on Sandling Road in Maidstone heading towards the Running Horse Roundabout just after 1pm.

A Scania truck and a Fiat Punto were both involved.

No injuries were reported but police were still at the scene at 3pm to help recover the vehicles.

Commuters were warned to expect delays.
