A crash reportedly involving a motorcyclist is causing rush hour delays around Maidstone town centre this evening.

One lane of the A26 Tonbridge Road is closed near Maidstone West railway station while police and paramedics deal with the incident.

The motorcyclist is thought to have suffered minor injuries.

Emergency services remain at the scene.
