An elderly driver has been taken to hospital after a crash this morning.

A car collided with a parked vehicle at around 9.15am in Tonbridge Road, Maidstone.

The accident happened near the Walnut Tree pub and Oakwood Park Grammar School and police and paramedics were called.

No injuries were reported but an elderly driver was taken to hospital as a precaution.
