Emergency services are currently at the scene of a crash between a motorbike and a lorry on the M20.

Ambulance and police vehicles are at the A229 Cobtree Roundabout near junction 6 of the motorway in Maidstone.

The A229 is partially blocked and there is slow traffic due to the incident on the roundabout.

A police spokesperson said officers were called to a report of a single-vehicle collision involving a motorbike just before 7am.

South East Coast Ambulance Service also attended and the motorcyclist was taken to a nearby hospital.

Motorists should expect delays to their journeys.

The ambulance service has also been contacted for comment.
