Professor Green gave fans an exclusive first listen to his new EP on a visit to Maidstone this afternoon.

The rapper was in the County Town for a meet and greet at the new vape store VPZ in Coleman Parade.

Green, real name Stephen Manderson, was promoting his new range of E-liquids and the first 25 customers to the shop received a personal giveaway from the musician's Unruly collection.

Kieren Brisley, 25, travelled all the way from New Romney and was first in line, having waited outside the shop since 8.30am with his wife and 10-month-old daughter Wynter-Rose.

"His liquid is banging," he said.

Speaking to KentOnline, Professor Green said: "I can't wait for people to hear the music, it's been five years since I've done anything beyond singles.

"It's new music, but I think explanation kills art - I want people to hear it and then think of it what they will."

As well as the chance to get up close and personal with the star, fans were also able to take part in games and prize competition, while there were special offers for customers to enjoy in the afternoon, including 10% off purchases and a free e-cigarette starter kit giveaway.

Leading vaping specialists were also on hand to answer questions and offer advice to those considering making the switch to e-cigarettes.

Professor Green added: “Since the launch of the VPZ partnership with Unruly E-liquid’s last year the customer response has been great.

"Events like this are always a good way to speak with customers about the range and learn from them about how vaping is helping even more people quit smoking for good.”
