It's not everyday a Viking metal band stays at your hotel, but that day came for the Hilton in Maidstone this week.
Swedish outfit Amon Amarth stopped off at the Bearsted Road hotel after a recent gig in Limerick, Ireland.
But bassist Ted Lundström was less than pleased with one element of his stay.
Posting on his Instagram, the 45-year-old said: "Charging £13 for standard internet feels more like 2004 than 2019."
The standard guest rate at Hilton's hotels is £12.99 for one day's use.
Hilton Maidstone's TripAdvisor site says it offers free internet.
This however, is only available in communal areas.
Reviews left by guests have previously described WiFi at the hotel as "woeful", with some preferring to use their own mobile data.
A Hilton spokesman said: "Hilton Maidstone, in common with all of Hilton’s more than 5,750 hotels around the world, offers free Internet access to members of Hilton Honor’s – Hilton’s free-to-join loyalty programme."
