Maidstone: 'Flasher' arrested accused of racially aggravated offences on Gabriel's Hill

A suspected flasher is due in court after he was accused of carrying out racially aggravated offences.

Timothy Smythe, 56, of no fixed address, was arrested after officers were called to Gabriel's Hill in Maidstone at 7.30pm on Tuesday.

He was later charged with indecent exposure, two racially aggravated public order offences and two public order offences.

A number of offences are said to have taken place on Gabriel's Hill in Maidstone

He was remanded to appear by video link before Medway Magistrates’ Court today.
