Four men hunted in sex attack investigation

The scene of the alleged sexual assault is taped off

A TEENAGER was sexually assaulted by a stranger in the early hours of the morning while she was waiting outside for a friend.

The 17-year-old from Maidstone, was attacked while she was standing next to the River Medway, between the River Bar and Maidstone Law Courts, The Broadway, Maidstone, at 3.30am on Wednesday.

Kent Police has launched an investigation and are examining CCTV footage of the incident.

Police would like to speak to four men who were seen drinking in the River Bar earlier on Tuesday evening.

One is described as white and in his early 20s, with blue eyes and dark hair, wearing a white T-shirt and a dark, green jacket. The other three are described as black and also in their 20s.
