Strictly Come Dancing has returned
to our screens, bringing back dance fever as celebrities and
professionals show off their steps.

Maidstone-based dance teacher, and
studio owner, Margaret Preedy says we can all learn the basic steps
used by the couples in the popular BBC1 show.

And she should know - professional
dancer James Jordan, who appears in the show, learned to dance with
Margaret when he was a child for five years and Margaret trains the
celebrity couples as they progress through the show.

Starting this week Margaret will
demonstrate how easily the basics of ballroom and latin can be
mastered in a series of web tutorials.

A different dance will appear
on this website week by week. First up is the tango.....
